Serving Louisville
Radon testing and mitigation for Louisville homes, southeast of Boulder.
Louisville started as a coal mining town, and its Old Town still has small older homes, some with crawl spaces or partial basements. Around them are newer neighborhoods with full basements. All of it sits in Boulder County's EPA Zone 1.
The Marshall Fire in December 2021 destroyed hundreds of Louisville homes, and many have since been rebuilt. A new house is not automatically a low-radon house. Radon comes from the soil, so every rebuilt home should be tested once it's lived in, even if it has a passive radon pipe.
If a passive pipe is already in place, adding a fan is often the simplest and least expensive fix. Older Old Town homes with crawl spaces usually need a sealed membrane. Either way, we test first, then give you a written price. Call (983) 200-7452.
